301 Studio Drawing / Intermediate to Advanced
The ability to draw is enhanced by the development of one’s observational skills. Being able to see the basic structure of all objects is the first step (similar to reading music). Through a series of exercises, assignments, and homework, students will strengthen their observational and drawing skills. Composition, value studies, line, texture, and color will broaden their understanding of the drawing process and how that process relates to other media.
