173 Introduction to Shibori for Teens
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the Japanese art of Shibori, a form of resist dyeing that creates beautiful patterns on fabric. No experience is necessary – just bring your creativity! During the workshop, you’ll explore different Shibori techniques such as folding, twisting, and binding fabric to create unique designs. You’ll also experiment with indigo dye to bring your creations to life. By the end of the class, you’ll have a collection of one-of-a-kind Shibori pieces to take home. $40 materials fee.
